Tencel, also known as Lyocell, is a biodegradable fibre made from eucalyptus trees. The eucalyptus tree is fast-growing, requires little water and virtually no pesticides. The fibre is created using an award-winning closed-loop production process - the chemicals used to break down the wood fibres are recycled continually. The fabrics produced are anti-bacterial, soft and lightweight.
