The following terms & conditions apply to the entire use of this website including making purchases and joining our mailing list.

We may revise these terms & conditions at any time by updating them when necessary.  Please check them each time you make a purchase as they are binding.

These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

-PAYMENT –
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit and PayPal.  The service is secure through PayPal and there is no need to sign up to a PayPal account if you wish to use your credit card. 

-DELIVERY-
Subject to availability we aim to send items within 5 days of the order being placed.  On rare occasions it may take up to 7 working days to receive your order. 

If you require your order by a specific date please let us know when placing your order and we will endeavour to meet this where possible.

All deliveries are charged at £5.50 within the UK and sent via Royal Mail First Class and are signed for to ensure your item is traceable and insured.  If you are not able to receive your item a card will be left asking you to collect your item from your local sorting office.   Delivery charges are reviewed periodically and will be amended when necessary.

Orders can be delivered to residential or business addresses, if you are not available to receive your item it is customary for Royal mail to leave a notification card.  We will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left.  If we have confirmed that your item has been despatched please check with your local Royal Mail sorting office.

-RETURNS –
Should an item arrive faulty or incorrect and you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  

Please return your item in its original packaging (to ensure it is protected in transit) with all ticketing attached for an exchange or refund.  The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. 

Please fill in a returns form which can be downloaded below and send this with your returned item.  Postage charges on returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or sent in error (Please use the Royal Mail Post Office and not a courier service). 

You may wish to return your item by registered post as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.  If you require an exchange please advise on the returns form the style and size you require – we will get in touch if there is a variation in the cost of the exchange.

Claims for non delivery and any other queries must be made within 14 working days of placing your order.

The right to return goods does not apply in the event of an item being used/worn or marked (e.g. deodorant, food, make-up) or the labels or ticketing being removed.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from returning your item for us to arrange your refund, exchange or credit note.

When placing an order with Outsider you will be asked for information about yourself including your name, e-mail address, billing & delivery address through PayPal. 
Details and personal information received when making a purchase/joining our mailing list will be kept in strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to other companies.

We may use this information to contact you by mail or e-mail to let you know about our products.  If at any point you would like your details to be removed from our mailing list please contact us on – info@outsiderfashion.com

-LEGAL STATEMENT/DISCLAIMERS-
We make every effort to ensure the descriptions, images of items and colours are as accurate as the photographic and online facility allows.  However slight variations may occur. 

Every item is sold based on its description and photographs, we take all reasonable care to ensure these are accurate and kept up to date where possible.  Please be aware that some material on the website may be out of date and we may not always be able to fulfil your order if the item is no longer available.  In this case we will offer you an exchange or a refund.

We will do everything possible to ensure the website is available for use 24 hours a day however we will not be liable if at any time the website cannot be used.

Where necessary we will remove products from this website at any time and or edit the content of this website.
